Guarantee - Refund policy

a) We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
b) Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged or defective please include a picture of the damaged, defective or wrong item, and include your order number, name and address.

c) To start a return please contact us at: contact@sleepcozy.net and we’ll send you instructions on where to send your return.

d) Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, including the instructions, charging cable, pouch, etc. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item.
e) We will notify you once we have received, inspected, and confirmed your return. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

No, the factory charges extra for custom orders with large minimums for special colors and we want to keep the Sleep Cozy as affordable as possible.
Why restrict shipping to the U.S.?
Some countries have customs, restrictions, Value Added Tax, mail gets damaged, ‘lost’ etc. We want to do the best job of getting your Sleep Cozy to you asap.
